Withdrawal from contract / order return

You can use this form to inform us that you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

Enter the email address used when placing the order, the order number, and describe which product or products you want to return. You do not need to provide a reason for the return — this field is optional.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Our team will review the request and contact you no later than the next business day to provide further instructions.

Refund of the standard delivery cost

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery available for your location, in accordance with applicable consumer law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional cost of that method may not be refunded.

The standard delivery cost depends on your location.
The cost of sending the product back is paid by the customer, unless we inform you otherwise.

Other ways to withdraw from the contract

Using the online form is optional. You may also withdraw from the contract by email, by phone, by including a written statement with the shipment, or by sending a written statement separately.
